Must provide a Valid ID and Guest List Must be 25+ years old to rent. As your Host, we aim to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you can. We want you to create lasting memories during your stay. However, to do so, we would greatly appreciate it if you could follow the house rules below. We know, rules are boring... But these rules ensure we can provide future guest with a great experience. Check Out: Check out time is 11:00am. If you are in the home after 11:15am (15 min grace period) an additional charge may be incurred if we have not made prior late departure arrangements. $50 additional charge at the beginning of each 1/2 hour. (ex depart at 11:38 $100 charge). Cleaning crews arrive promptly. Parties: No Parties, Events, HOCO or Prom allowed with out pre authorization from Host. Kitchen: Help yourself to anything in the kitchen, We supply a handful of KCup Coffee Pods as well as most everything you need should you wish to cook. Our only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils (we do have a dishwasher) prior to leaving. Please do not leave anything in the dishwasher. Grilling: If you decide to use the grill, please make sure you empty the ashes and clean the grill. If the grill is not cleaned, there will be an additional $35 cleaning fee. AC/Heat: Please ensure you move the thermostat temperature to 75 degrees cooling upon departure in the summer and 68 degrees heating in the winter. No Smoking: No smoking inside the home or on the deck. Please dispose off all buts in an acceptable container and not discard them around the property or lawn. Plumbing: Please do not throw anything down the toilet other than toilet tissue. All other items should be disposed of in the trash can. Security Cameras: exterior cameras may be present to ensure the safety of the property. Please do not adjust, block, cover, or alter the settings. Doors and Windows: Please ensure all doors and windows are locked if you leave the property. Stolen/Missing or Damaged Property: If any of our property goes missing or is damaged, additional fees will be required to cover the missing or damaged property. Laundry: There is a washer and dryer on site with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Please make sure shake and rinse and sand off prior to putting the the washing machine. Storage Closets: Please note that the bunk bedroom closet is being used as a storage closet to hold extra linens and supplies. Please do not tamper with the door or lock.
